Indonesia
is country which is located at the equator line of the earth. That’s why there

culture because of human population are spreading from the northest island into
the westernest island. There are also a number of food variety according to the
variety of ethnic which is have unique tastes and it also tasted delicious.
One
of the delicious food is Bakso. Bakso which is called as meatballs in English
is a ball of meats and it boiling at the boiled water which contained the
essence of it meat and another special spices. In a bowl of bakso is contained
noodles and vegetables with water of meat essence. Seleries and fry onions are
add as the garnish of the food and acted to give more scent. Indonesian people
often used chilli sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar as the complement in order to
make bakso taste delicious as their want. They are also add sambal, one of the complement of the
food which made from blended chili, this is used by person who like spicy food
so much.
Bakso
is one of popular food in Indonesia, and almost all of Indonesian people know
this food and really like it, especially for those people who live in Java
island. Bakso is known as food that come from Java island, but fortunately no
one know it come from which part of Java island, that’s why there are a lot of
Bakso seller at there. In this era, people are like to make an innovasion and
bakso is one object that have a lot of variety because of innovative idea from

setan’ which means as Devil Meatball in English. This name is with it
reason, because Bakso setan have a
mega surprise inside of the meatball, there is very hot sambal which can make
your tongue feels burnt, but for several people it tastes tasty.

which means as Tendon Meatball in English. This bakso are made from cow’s
